What makes Oaks Middle School truly distinct is our unwavering commitment to excellence, opportunity, and student achievement both inside and outside the classroom. Our award-winning band program, highlighted by recent Sweepstakes honors and multiple first-place recognitions at the Laguna Beach Parade, reflects the dedication and pride of our students and staff. Our thriving AVID program continues to prepare and inspire students for college and career success, welcoming new scholars each year through a thoughtful and rigorous selection process. Being named a California Distinguished School further affirms the strong culture of academic excellence and support that defines our campus. In addition, we provide enriching experiences like our annual Sacramento/San Francisco trip, giving students meaningful, real-world learning opportunities beyond the classroom. Most recently, our school community came together for a vibrant Talent Show on March 20, where students showcased their incredible abilities by playing flute, piano, drums, and guitar, as well as performing vocal solos and group numbers. These moments highlight the creativity, confidence, and diverse talents of our students, making Oaks Middle School a truly special place.
